Who I am


I’m Len Denton, entrepreneur, commercialist, innovation strategist and coach. I work with small business owners and entrepreneurs to help them change the world by bringing their new products and services to market. 


For more than 15 years, I’ve designed and led national-level innovation programs in the USA, Mexico, Hungary, South Korea, and India. During this time, I’ve trained, coached and guided more than 1,500 entrepreneurs on how to create and implement winning go-to-market strategies. These programs have generated more than $1 billion in economic development. (Yes...that’s a billion dollars, with a B!)


I’ve also spent more than 30 years in executive-level technology leadership and management roles, working with some of the world’s most innovative companies like MCI Worldcom and General Electric.


Why I do this


My personal mission is to help entrepreneurs and innovators to win. Since my earliest days at the IC2 Institute at the University of Texas at Austin, I’ve been fascinated with the concept of converting science and technology into economic wealth. We live in a world created by innovators and entrepreneurs. Every good thing we enjoy is the result of an innovator who saw a way to change the world for the better, and an entrepreneur who made the change happen. Now, more than ever, we need this spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship to deliver our better future. My work allows me to participate in this wave of change for the better.    


What I can do for you


Commercializing a new product or service is a tough business where up to 90% of all such projects fail to meet their goals. I call this the 90% Club. Most entrepreneurs are actually members of this club. They just don’t realize it. Yet!

As a commercialist, I can help entrepreneurs and innovators join the 10% Club, where they successfully reach the right markets with products and services that customers are seeking and are willing to pay for.
